The town is around and upon completion had just over 500 homesites and a mixed use town center with shops, restaurants, and activities. The town is a master-planned community located on a beachside road, CR 30A. The streets are narrow and lined with native plants and trees. The main attractions in Rosemary Beach, besides the clear Gulf Coast beach waters, are the various stores, restaurants, and more. This center includes well known shops including The Sugar Shack. The Sugar Shack is a small candy store that creates a family oriented environment in this very neat neighborhood beach town. Another great residence on the CR 30A would be the beachside hotel, The Pearl Hotel. This is not only the single nicest hotel on CR 30A but they also have a great restaurant The Pearl Restaurant located inside of the hotel.
